For over a decade, I’ve designed and delivered innovative advising programs, workshops, and professional development experiences across higher education, corporate, and consulting settings. My approach blends strategic insight with a people-first philosophy, helping students, emerging professionals, and experienced leaders navigate transitions, strengthen their confidence, and reach their full potential.

 

As the founder of Remix Resumes LLC, I partner with clients across industries and career levels to help them refine their professional narratives, elevate their personal brands, and strategically position themselves for advancement. Through workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching, I’ve supported hundreds of clients in finding clarity, purpose, and confidence in their career journeys. In addition, I serve as the Career & Technical Education Lead and Adjunct Professor, designing programs and courses that connect students with real-world opportunities and empower them to achieve academic and career success.

 

Before transitioning into higher education and consulting, I worked in corporate recruiting with organizations gaining deep insight into talent acquisition, leadership development, and what truly drives career success in competitive markets.

 

I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, a Mini MBA from Rutgers Business School, and certifications in Human Resources and Adult Mental Health First Aid. These experiences fuel my commitment to helping others grow personally and professionally through practical guidance, encouragement, and strategic career planning.
